CityLine Sunnyvale Bike Locker Registration Form

The goals of the CityLine Sunnyvale bicycle locker promotion are to promote healthy commute alternatives, improve air quality, and reduce vehicle parking demand. All employees of CityLine Sunnyvale tenants are eligible for a bike locker, including contract workers and part-time workers.

Cyclists who commute to CityLine Sunnyvale on a regular, weekly basis will be provided with an individual bicycle locker or access to the secure bike room. There are bike lockers located under each building: 100, 150, and 190.

Policy Guidelines and Terms of Agreement:
Key Return: Employers of bike locker registrants will be billed $165 for any bike locker keys that are not returned.
Annual Survey: The bicycle locker user agrees to participate in the 3-minute Annual Online Employee Commute Survey and understands that the bike locker privileges will be revoked if they don't participate.
Locker Assignment: Upon Request and subject to availability, a bicycle locker will be assigned to employees who bicycle to work. Bike storage outside of your work schedule is not permitted (this means no overnight bike storage). The bike lockers are assigned to one employee at a time.
Liability: The bicycle and associated gear are stored at the occupant's risk. The bike lockers are not to be shared with other employees nor used for anything other than storing the bicycle and associated gear. RiverRock Real Estate Group and the CityLine Sunnyvale Commute Program shall not be liable for any bodily injury, property damage, or loss (including loss of use), regardless of the cause.
Locker Damage: If the locker is damaged due to no fault of the locker occupant, CityLine Sunnyvale will repair the locker. If the locker is damaged due to the fault of the occupant or the keys are lost, CityLine Sunnyvale may charge the occupant for all or part of the repair costs.
