CityLine Sunnyvale Bike Locker Registration Form

The Cityline Downtown Sunnyvale Bike Locker program promotes healthier commuting, improved air quality, and reduced vehicle parking demand. All employees of Cityline Downtown Sunnyvale tenants, including contract and part-time staff, are eligible to use a bike locker.

Employees who regularly commute by bicycle can request an individual locker or access to a secure bike room. Bike lockers are available at each building: 100, 150, and 190.

Policy Guidelines and Terms of Agreement:

Key Return: Employers will be charged $165 for any unreturned bike locker keys.
Annual Survey: Bike locker users agree to complete a 3-minute Annual Online Employee Commute Survey. Failure to participate may result in loss of bike locker privileges.
Locker Assignment: Lockers are assigned upon request and availability. Only employees who bike to work may use the lockers, and overnight storage is prohibited. Each locker is assigned to one employee and cannot be shared.
Liability: The occupant assumes all risk for stored bicycles and equipment. Bike lockers are for bicycle and related gear storage only. Lincoln Property Company and the Cityline Downtown Sunnyvale Commute Program are not liable for injuries, property damage, or losses.
Locker Damage: Cityline Downtown Sunnyvale will repair lockers damaged through no fault of the occupant. If the occupant causes damage or if keys are lost, repair costs may be charged to the registrant.
